    Did You Know? Psychiatric Anxiety Disorders Affect 74M USA Children

    Did you know that half of all psychiatric illness occurs before the age of 14, and 75% before age 24. Here’s some more interesting statistics: most common psychiatric disorders in childhood are anxiety disorders (40.2%), ADHD and disruptive behavior (29.2% – a 42% increase since 2003), depression and bipolar disorders (25.5%), and eating disorders (2/7%).
